Tennis club of Technical University VSB-TU Ostrava is preparing  fitness camp in Slovakia – High Tatra – Strbske Pleso. Target, tasks  of the camp are  to obtain fitness ground for a long winter tennis season.

• camp for advanced players, juniors from 12 to 18 years old

• sport area targeting of camp:  endurance, speed, coordination, flexibility, agility

• relax possibilities: sauna, wellness

• 7 days, date: November 15th - November 21st 2016

• Price 7800 Kc/ 1 person = cca 280 Euro/1 person.  In price 2 x daily fitness program, relax, tennis theory, entertainment :-), parking of cars. Price is without transport

• transport - individual or by speed train from Ostrava

• food - sport full board with fluid intake

• bungalows or hotel FIS (price about 20% higher)
